Great Property & Even Better Landlords!

My daughter stayed at this property during her senior year at LMU. This was her first time living alone so safety was a top concern as was proximity to school and grocery shopping, drug stores, etc. I could not have been happier with how Jesse and Michelle treated my daughter. They were always looking out for her, sharing their meals, checking in on her. The property itself is very nice, modern, clean, and had everything my daughter needed to feel comfortable. I knew I picked a winner when my daughter didn't want to come home :). She still talks about how nice Jesse and Michelle were to her. You will be happy you picked this property.

AMAZING ADU IN THE LA AREA

My time spent here was AMAZING!! Jesse and Michelle are the best landlords you can have. As a single female traveler with her dog, I look for safe places and this one sets a high standard. Let's start with their ADU it has everything you need from washer and dryer to every kitchen appliance I needed. The location is perfect, about 7 min from LAX and close to the Grocery store, Starbucks and Petco in case you have a furry friend. Super per friendly my dog loved it here! I always felt safe, nice neighborhood and walked my dog regularly with no issues! There is always parking which was also a plus! There is not enough great things I can say about these landlords. If I ever I needed a recommendation for eating or ect they were available. I definitely would stay here again if in the LA area. Do not pass up on this option, trust you won't find a better one!

Wonderful Studio

This place had everything one would need to live short or long-term! J was an amazing landlord who helped me out, even if it wasnt related to the property itself. The property is clean and the neighborhood is very relaxed. Lots of things to do nearby. I am grateful for the time I spent there and hope others enjoy it as much as I did

BEST STAY WITH AMAZING LANDLORDS

I took on my first travel nurse assignment August 2022, moved across country, just me, myself and I. J & M were the best landlords I could have asked for on this crazy journey. They made me feel at home the day I got there. Always checked in to make sure everything was working properly & always made sure to ask if I ever needed anything. The property and neighborhood was super safe, lots of stores within walking distance. The most beautiful beaches within 10-15 minutes. I will definitely be back & have every intention to stay here again (hopefully its available!).

A Home Away From Home

I can't imagine staying at a better home during my time in LA. This studio is in a great location! Only 5 mins from the airport in a cool and peaceful community called Westchester. I worked a travel nurse contract at Ronald Reagan UCLA and my commute was just under 25 minutes because the unit is very close to major highways. Aside from a great location, this unit is very comfortable and accommodating. As a woman traveling solo, M & J definitely made me feel safe with the level of security they have on their property. The unit is so well furnished, I didn't have to make additional purchases after moving in. If you like to cook, you'll be very happy with the high end appliances available! I can't say enough good things about M & J. They were amazing hosts! They went above and beyond to make sure any little concern was addressed immediately. I always had enough privacy but they are also a great couple to talk to and get suggestions about things to do around town. I loved living here!

Cute & Modern Studio near LAX

First off, I would like to say that J and M were wonderful landlords. Just too kind!! They always made sure all of my needs were met and were immediately responsive to any calls or texts. The neighborhood is quiet and beyond safe for single travelers. The unit is new, clean, and modern. Although this is a studio, it felt beyond spacious. The kitchen was huge! I loved the stove with griddle and oven for cooking. There was so much kitchen cabinet space! I seem to travel with a lot of clothes, so the closet space provided was a bit small; however, the use of closet organizers helped. The bed is full-sized, but comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The shower was larger than I expected! The living space was very cute . Unfortunately, I had to move out due to location. This unit is close to LAX and shopping centers (airplanes are never loud); however, the Kaiser I contracted with was a longer commute than I anticipated. If you're a traveler in LA, secure this studio.

Best stay ever

I cannot say enough good things about this property and the landlords M and J. I lived here for 3 months during a healthcare clinical rotation. As a young woman safety was extremely important and I felt very safe living here with the security cameras and locked gate. It is a quiet neighborhood which is important to me because I desperately need my sleep. The bed was comfortable and the place came equipped with everything I needed and there was plenty of storage space. Trader Joe's, Ralphs, and CVS are walking distance from the unit and many other grocery stores are a 5-10 minute drive. It's truly a home away from home and I'm sad to be leaving. The landlords are so friendly, responsive, and helpful. Truly could not recommend this place enough.
