Accommodating and Relaxed

I actually spent some time in both the cottage in the back and the room within the house. In both cases, I found them both very nice and a relaxing environment to live in. The house is very updated and kept clean. C is a very accommodating host and gives you plenty of privacy and space. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, everyone around is very nice, and parking is a bonus for those of us with cars. Lots of things are very close. If you don't' have a vehicle, there's always the freebee, and both Larkin hospital and UMiami are within biking distance. Internet is reliable. This place is a gem, especially for the price.
