Great Place To Stay

This place is next to multiple shopping centers, close to a ShopRite, Walgreens, CVS, train station, bus stop... you name it. It is a generally quiet place/neighborhood. The landlords, Maureen and Oscar, are very responsive and fair. Only thing to note is that the laundry machine and dryer are shared for property and require quarters that are given by the landlords. Overall, my stay here was pleasant and would highly suggest this place to anyone I know.

Single apartment

Currently renting this basement apartment. The apartment is very clean and has everything a person needs. It's on a quiet street and close to a variety of shopping and food retailers. It also includes a parking space which is very convenient The trip to NYC to work has been easy. Maureen has been very accommodating and easy to work with. A great place to stay!

Maureen thank you for being an awesome Host. Truly love staying at your place, very comfortable & quiet, no issues at all. Perfect location for my commute back & fourth to work. All shopping needs very close by.

Maureen is a great host. Immaculate apt. Great ac. New tile shower. Large new tv with lots of viewing options. New kitchen. If you have to go to NYC bus 4 min walk. Train Plauderville Station 5 min drive with free daily parking with no residence requirement. Shopping litterally across the street. Cant ask for better. Dont let this apt get away.

Great place

This apartment is the perfect space for anyone! Has everything you need and located in a great area! Lots of things to do near by and shops are in walking distance. Can't go wrong staying here.

Perfect location for a nice peaceful stay. Can walk to hospitals, CVS, grocery store, and restaurants to enjoy New Jersey. Apartment also includes utilities to handle daily needs. So this a perfect place to stay and the landlord is very kind.

Excellently maintained property with off-street parking located in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is very clean and spacious. There is a lot of natural light and comfortable furnishings, which makes your stay feel like home. It is just a short walk to everything you need - stores, gym, park, etc. Owners were kind and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this property!
