Cozy home with great landlord

My boyfriend and I lived here for first 3 months in Charlotte with our dog and cat. The backyard was awesome and the space was so cozy! We moved out early due to the bathroom needing work and L got us set up in one of her other properties! Truly what makes this property is the landlord and how incredibly helpful and accommodating she is. If youre new to Charlotte or just passing through, I highly recommend this property or any of her other ones!

Had a great stay here

My family stayed here for 3 months with my 2 dogs. The owner is excellent and took great care of us, she is so nice and accommodating! This property has a nice big fenced in yard and weve had no issues at all with anything! Thanks for having us, L!!

Beyond Accommodating, Highly Recommended

The house owner, L, is everything you could want in a property owner. She is kind, thoughtful, hard working, and the most accommodating person. The house itself was very clean, had anything you could really need, and new cameras for security. My wife and I had our 4 month old baby with us and our cat, and L would do anything she could to make sure we were perfectly comfortable, even looking after our little one so my wife could get some chores done, while I was busy at work all day. The moment there was any issues, she was on top of it and did everything she could to make sure these problems were taking care of in a timely manner, and if they couldn't for whatever reason, she would do what she could to help us find other temporary accommodations. Luckily, it never came to that. We got incredibly lucky getting to stay in this little house, in this quiet neighborhood. Very Highly recommended!

Quiet Oasis in the middle of town!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this property and Mr and Mrs. D who manage the property. The house is a duplex in a quiet, safe neighborhood just 15 minutes from bustling downtown Charlotte. The neighbors are friendly and it's only 5-7 minutes to Target and a large shopping center. Mrs. L was always a text or phone call away if I needed anything! She's so considerate she even had the backyard fenced in for my dog since we stayed so long! This property and the attentiveness of the D's is a large part of the reason I renewed my contract for a year! She even left a bottle of wine as a welcome gift when I moved in! I will miss them terribly so do not hesitate to call this place your temporary home!!

Perfect location!

I loved my stay at this property. Its perfect for a single traveler or a traveler team. The landlord is very responsive and welcoming. I would stay again if I ever come back to the area. The fenced in back yard is a lovely place to enjoy the afternoon sun. And there is a great coffee shop within walking distance. I definitely recommend this location.

L is an exceptional landlord. She is very responsive, honest, and keeps the house very clean. My family had dogs, was relocating from out of state, and L was very accommodating, especially while our new house was delayes several times to close. Great host, and the location is near almost everything.
