Best Place I have ever stayed

This is a wonderful apartment to call your temporary home. Quiet, peaceful, nice neighborhood, close to Atlanta but has the suburb charm. Arthur and Xiomara are excellent landlords, lovely people and will do everything possible to make you feel at home. In the future if I am around town again needing a place this apartment will always be number 1 on my list. Miss it already.

Enjoyable Stay

Ive really enjoyed living with A & X for the past eight months. I live there with my 12 year old dog. She absolutely loves the yard. We have great walking, twice a day throughout the neighborhood. A & X are considerate of household noises. I am an early riser by nature. But also because of my profession. They are early risers also. Its helpful to feel like I am not disturbing them and Vice versa. I also head to bed early and the house is relatively quiet. I find it to be peaceful. A & X both are highly responsive and great communicators. I felt very comfortable messaging if I needed anything and sometimes just to say hello. The house and the yard are well cared for. The furniture is comfortable. There is a separate thermostat. I feel safe and secure. There are lights around the house & some motion sensored. The house is in the suburbs of Decatur youre about 10 minutes from a Publix and 20 min from downtown Decatur. I highly recommend!

Beautiful back yard with beautiful birds singing.

Kind hosts and helpful. Gas and convenient stores close. Chicken wings takeout all over. The neighborhood seemed quiet and Neighborhood WATCH keeps an eye on you Comfy bed.

Beautiful back yard

If you want a beautiful view and a spacious backyard, complete with grill, this is the place for you! The neighborhood is generally quiet, though in an unpretentious part of town. Grocery stores, bank and great ice cream stand nearby. If you want great food, other than wings, plan on a 20 minute drive. Many of Atlanta's great attractions are only 30 minutes away (Aquarium, Coke Museum, Parks and greenways, MLK park, Zoo and Stone Mountain). The owners are courteous, personable and quick to respond. They are great communicators and do their best to make sure you have a great experience. They were installing a washer/dryer unit when we left. The space is nice and overlooks a beautiful back yard. It is a basement apartment so expect typical family noise after 5pm, early morning and some weekends. There is one parking space, though it is a tight fit.

Cozy Apartment

Non-pretentious basement apartment in a quiet neighborhood, a short drive from basic amenities such as groceries, gym etc. Owners extremely personable, respond quickly and professionally. You do have personal parking in the driveway but it is a tight fit.
