Great 6-month Stay!

I and three other guys stayed at this beautiful property for 6 month. Tim was incredibly easy to work with and made our stay seamless and enjoyable. We needed to extend our lease and he did it very quickly. The neighborhood is nice and there is a lot to do. We are in the military and its commutable to all of the bases. Its entirely furnished and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

We Enjoyed Our Stay

The home was fully furnished--with all the essential items you would need during your stay. The neighbors are all extremely friendly and the owners were very pleasant to work with. The location is very convenient to many restaurants and coffee shops. An additional perk is the close proximity to the beach--a short bike ride. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a well furnished rental property.

Spacious and homey

This house is very spacious with three floors, one floor dedicated to the living space. Loved having the garage during the winter and beach/bike amenities for the summer! The neighborhood was safe for dog walking day and night. Neighbors in the attached duplex and beside the home are kind. The landlords were very communicative and attentive.
