South Austin Townhome

My stay at South Austin townhome was incredible! I am a travel nurse that travels with my husky (Nala). This property was everything we needed and more! The large fenced in backyard was the perfect spot for Nala to explore. There was plenty of storage for all my belongings and the attached carport was a lifesaver with Texas weather! The location of this property is very ideal! There is lots of local attractions nearby and there is plenty of entertaining space with the open living area. There is an endless supply of hot water! The owner is very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this rental and would definitely book again!

Great place to stay

This is a really cute little place to stay in Austin. Has everything you need and is close to many shops and restaurants. S is a great landlord. Always very responsive to anything need you.

Great amenities, great location!

We moved to Austin from out of state and needed a furnished rental while most of our stuff was in storage and we looked for a home to buy. This property was exactly what we needed. The owner is really nice and easy to communicate with. The house is well-furnished (amazingly comfortable couch I am sad to leave) and you can tell the owner really put some thought into what a tenant might need (things like cleaning supplies, extension cords, medicine, keurig, cooking supplies/utensils, plenty of towels/sheets/blankets). She also can provide a desk for working from home which worked out great for us. The location is very convenient, 10-15 min from downtown- about 10 min each to Sunset Valley, Southpark Meadows, and SoCo. Parking situation was ideal- two spaces in a private driveway and also street parking in front of the house. Our dog loved the fully-fenced backyard! Highly recommended. The rent is also incredibly reasonable for Austin right now.
