Great Stay

I was in my room for almost two years after some different job changes and had no complaints! The neighborhood is generally safe and quiet, and other tenants were respectful. Stephanie was very accommodating and reasonable, she was also quick to respond to any issues which I really appreciate. I would stay here again if I was back in the area.

Loved my stay!

Stephanie is a great host and was very accommodating during my stay! Had all I needed and if any assistance was needed, she was able to help quickly! Good location and would recommend for anyone else looking for a nice place to stay in the Seattle-Tacoma area.

Master Bedroom

This master bedroom was great! There is so much space. The closet is huge & having my own bathroom was definitely a plus. Also loved having a bathtub in addition to a shower! Only downsides to the bedroom would be that there are no blackout curtains (i work nights for & sleep during the day & having only blinds make it difficult) so I bought stuff to accommodate that. And the bedroom is upstairs, so in the summer, it would get up to 85 sometimes, but having a portable AC unit really helped. I had 3 different roomates, all of which were very nice & super easy to live with. I was worried about sharing a fridge & pantry but there was plenty of space for everything. The house is big enough for everyone to enjoy & outdoor patio was a great to have. The house doesnt have central air, so if you stay in the summer, I would highly recommend using the AC units & fans in the house. Great neighborhood & amazing view of Mt Rainier if you walk around the neighborhood to the back!

Rude and money seeking host!! Beware!!

First all, dnt rent her place . I rented her room, paid my full rent and plus the last few days in April.There was no lease agreement because she is all after money forgot that the proper way to run a property is to sign a lease agreement. I gave her a month notice prior to move out, she then wakes up and said you have to move out by the 5th of june which i did not object to. I explained to her that the crash on the road to Seattle and traffic situation is really bad and she got pissed off and says if i dont get a new person to rent the room you will charged 500 dollars. Be very careful she is a terrible landlord. Rent her place at your own risk. Meanwhile, she had four tenants in this property and always looking for money. When i moved out, i thanked her for letting me stay at her place but little did i know she was bitter, then she goes your demanding for your deposit and you paid cheap rent? $1100 is cheap rent but she collected it. She is very rude!

Gorgeous, private, quiet, safe

Pictures do not do this place justice! It is amazing, beautiful, comfortable, private... the neighborhood is family and pet friendly - so very safe! Theres a very short trail behind the community that offers a view of Auburn and Mt Rainer. Love this apt and having access to the backyard on a pretty day is a plus and it has a firepit that I have used many times! My move-in in this gen suite/apt has been easy and fantastic! It is totally private, I have my own door and walk way to the apt, no other entrance from the main house. The property is close to freeways, Multicare Auburn, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. S is a wonderful property owner, very responsive and easy to talk to. She provides the essentials and her home is gorgeous and very welcoming and comfortable!! Never have had any issues throughout my stay and my dog is welcomed with no hesitation.
