Lavish apartment in a great location!
I stayed at this apartment for 3 months and I enjoyed every moment of it. It was stocked with all the essentials that I needed. The apartment is very spacious and cozy. The design of the apartment is very elegant giving it that homely feel. I like to cook and the kitchen has up to date appliances with plenty of space to store foods and pans. The landlords were really kind and very responsive to any of my needs or requests. The rental is located in a great part of the city not too far from all the great things that St. Louis has to offer! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone coming to St. Louis for the first time!
Nice Apartment in a Walkable Neighborhood
We stayed at this property for 5 months while on a travel nursing assignment, and had a good experience during our stay. The apartment itself is bright and has a nicely updated kitchen and bathroom. As a night shift nurse, the blackout curtains worked well and we didn't have too many issues with noise. Since it is on the second floor you don't have to worry about upstairs neighbors, but just be prepared that the stairs to the basement/laundry room will give you a bit of a workout. The neighbors are very friendly, and our three small dogs enjoyed the fenced backyard. The apartment is located one block from Cherokee Street which is full of local restaurants, bars, art galleries, and antique shops. The area is pretty quiet during the winter, but comes alive in the summer with street festivals and events. It is also within walking distance of a few parks. The property manager and owner were both very kind and communicative during our stay.
