Wonderful Place and Host

This was a wonderful place to stay. This mba person has to be a liar. Liz is nothing like that and neither is her home. She has a wonderful setup that I have never seen anywhere else. You will love the "Extras" she provides. Anything I could possibly need, she supplied. She never entered my room without permission, No Vermin or even any bugs. She is right on top of it when the normal outside bugs try to come in. She rarely had "Parties" and any she did have; we were all invited to attend (These are nothing more than a few friends gathering to eat and play board games. She would give us any of the leftover food. For the holidays we would all get little gifts from her, Nowhere have I ever stayed did the host ever do anything thoughtful like that. My full deposit (minus the cleaning fee) was returned within a week of me leaving. Wonderful, beautiful, quiet place to stay. Fully recommend her place.

Best host Ever!!

Liz was amazing! So incredibly sweet and nice. Completely professional and wonderful. Home was very quiet; neighborhood is also quiet and nice. So close to everything, Shopping, Restaurants, Freeways, Hospitals and downtown Raliegh. Rooms are wonderful and have everything you could possibly need. Even your own full-sized fridge! Home was clean and the game room is Amazing!! Wonderful quiet fenced back yard with again anything you could possibly need. Will Def stay here again next time I'm in town!

Wonderful Host!!

Liz was wonderful and so nice, Anything I needed she was there for, very friendly and let me decied how much interation I wanted. Home is clean and great, She has a game room with arcades, fooseball, airhocky and just about any card/board game you want. The rooms have anything you could possibly need. I've never seen this setup anywhere else. If you ever need a bplace to stay Liz is the best. I will definately stay with her next time I'm in town.

Horrible 1st rent experience

Let's start by saying that it was quite a horrible experience living in E's house. She came into my room when I went out of town. Who does that? I seriously hope this is not a trend with homeowners. I came out of my room one morning on my way to work and there was a fat rat outside my door. I'll post a video if FF will let me. She is very good at playing the blame/victim game. If you love partying with completely random people, then come live here. Her lease says no parties, but she has a party every month and every holiday. Btw, during one of the parties, there was a scuffle and a guy was screaming downstairs. I was very scared this could easily escalate; let's be aware a party of strangers. It's unsafe. I never moved in with a pet but there was pet dander everywhere eventhough she claimed it was cleaned before I move in. Do yourself a run a background check on her or atleast Google her, you will be pleasantly surprised. She won't get your deposit no matter how clean the room.
