Ivy Studio/LOFT 12 Minutes to UVA

Cozy Retreat Near UVA

This place is wonderful and cozy! I felt completely immersed in nature while still being so close to UVA. Watching the deer visit the yard in the afternoons through the kitchen window was a highlight of my stay. The pool was perfect for hot days, and having a washer and dryer just below the unit was super convenient. Darden was always quick to respond to any questions and made my stay very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Perfect place near UVA

Wonderful property- clean and uncluttered. Much bigger than appears in pictures with cathedral ceiling. Quiet with its own separate building and entrance. Large private deck with bistro set and gas grill. Your own private driveway and parking area. D and S give you complete privacy but are always quick to respond to any call or text for questions and willing to do anything to make your stay great. Everything you need for your stay including washer and dryer. Dont be fooled by the Ivy location appearing far away from UVA hospital. 12 minute am peaceful drive without the Charlottesville traffic and you are at Scotts Stadium employee parking area. Having done many travel nursing assignments ( including in this area in past )you dont ever know what you will find with housing. This property is a gem of a find!
