Exceptional Spot

I stayed with Matthew from June to August of 2025 for an internship at Pratt and Whitney North Berwick, Maine. Matthew was incredibly accommodating and caring. He picked me up from the airport, let my parents stay in an open room when they visited, helped load my car for shipping, and had great stories to tell. The building is split and mirrored. Therefore, you can choose if you'd like to stay on Matthew's side or the other units side. The bathroom, kitchen, and living room are shared with the other tenants (Approximately 2-3 others). The kitchen essentials are provided and the AC was installed during the summer. Matthew vets all of his tenants and I did not have any trouble with the other working professionals that I lived with. Parking was accommodated and generally street parking was available in front of the house.

I stayed here over the summer of 2022 for my internship located in Wells ME. This property was everything and more for what I needed during that time. VERY resourceful and friendly owner who knows a lot about the area and accommodated every need I had. Other tenants were very respectful and easy to share spaces with. The house is old but has been kept up very well making it very comfortable as a temporary living situation. As far as Somersworth NH goes, this property is located in a safe and convenient area. It is within walking distance of convenience stores and restaurants which was fantastic.
