Updated Private Room Near Multiple Hospitals

This is a cozy bedroom in a 2 BR duplex. I've never shared a bathroom but had no issues whatsoever. Kirsti is a very clean person, and our schedules never collided as I worked days 0645-1945 and was up and out before her. She and her dog Dale were always friendly, she will go with the flow and give you your space if needed, but we also spent some nights watching TV together and even went out for dinner one night. I always felt welcomed there and always had my little buddy Dale for company when I was missing my own dog at home. He's super friendly and never barks, etc. The place is conveniently located to many grocery stores and shopping as well as historic downtown Sunnyvale, where there are endless options for great food. I worked at Standard Medical Center, and it was an easy 22 min drive in the am. Definitely recommended this property!

I loved living with K and her adorable and well behaved dog Dale. The bedroom is clean, spacious with a good sized closet. The bathroom is recently renovated and very nice, good water pressure. I loved cooking in the kitchen and had plenty of storage space for my items in the cabinets and the refrigerator. The living space is comfy and cozy. Location is great and walking distance to restaurants and stores. The neighborhood is safe and there was always street parking available. If I ever come back to do another assignment in this area, I hope Kirstis place is available to rent. She is a sweet, caring, respectful roommate and Dale of course is great too! Finally, the price is excellent for what is offered.

This is an amazing location, near the heart of Sunnyvale. It is a 10 min walk to downtown/shops/whole foods/target/ice cream (!!) , 4 min driver to a great 24 hour fitness, 10 min drive to my hospital I was working at. It was perfect for everything I needed and wanted to do everyday. The property itself was a perfect size, even for me and my large german shepherd. We both got along amazingly with the hostess, K and her dog Dale. She is a very positive, clean, and uplifting person that I so enjoyed living with for those 6 months. The room itself is extremely cozy with beautiful decor, good amount of storage that held my many containers of clothes and necessities, a very comfortable bed, and good sized tv for the days you just wanna lay in bed and enjoy a good movie. It honestly felt like a great hotel that you never wanted to leave haha it was very hard for me! I would totally live here again and advise you to take this off the map. You won't find better in the South Bay!

Where to begin? The property is so cute. Such a great location. Close to downtown, shops, etc. K has become one of my great friends. She made me feel so welcome right away. Dale is the sweetest dog Ive ever met in my life. I loved staying here. It has been my favorite place to stay since I started travel nursing. I really cant say enough amazing things about this place and K. I already miss it! I would 1000000% return if I could!

Super nice host! K is a RN herself and knows how it feels. She is so accommodating, sweet, and makes you feel at home. Her places makes living easy. Safe and quiet area but close to action, no stairs, off street parking, big kitchen. Tucked away in a little neighborhood but within walking distance to Target, Whole Foods, Orange Theory, Cycle Bar, and Murphy Street. Its a beautiful, short, and relaxing walk to downtown Sunnyvale. Easy access to 101, 280, 237, and the California Expressway. She has a private backyard she is always willing to share. She has a cute dog with a sweet disposition. He likes to go for walks too but prefers his mommy ;). Would stay here again in a heart beat! Too bad I didnt find it sooner. I tried extended stay, another room for rent, and somewhere private and this hands down was the best set up for working and living your best life travel nurse style in California! Safe travels!
