I stayed in the blue room from Feb 23rd to May 20th. This was my first travel nursing assignment and I truly could not have stayed in a better place. Cynde and her husband welcomed me like I was part of the family. Literally a home away from home. I love to cook but I think Cynde likes to cook more lol one thing for sure is that I never went hungry. The house is in a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood. The cats actually arent that talkative or maybe they didnt like me? But I miss my buddies. Anyways, I can go on and on about all the positive things but of course there are cons anywhere you go which I only had one: - Its a shared space (kitchen, bathroom, parking) so you just have to coordinate and come up with a plan that works for everyone. It definitely worked for my roomie and I since I worked an opposite schedule of him. I barely saw the guy Anyways I miss you Cynde & cant wait to visit one of these days!

Such a wonderful home!

I stayed with cynde for around 6 months and it was fantastic. She is so sweet and welcoming. We never had any issues and the room it's self is very nice. The pets are adorable and super sweet. You can't really beat the price for where it's located. If I ever need a place to stay again down in lawrencville, she will be the first to know!

Cindy is so kindhearted and welcoming! She's definitely made this feel like a home away from home during my travel contract for work. I am enjoying staying in the Yellow Room! It is very spacious & has good closet space. Both bedrooms blue & yellow are upstairs with the shared bathroom, while everything else is downstairs. & If you enjoy cooking, she has everything you can think of in the kitchen ready for use. Cindy & her husband are respectful of your space, and the house is usually always quiet and peaceful. 100% would stay here again if I were in the area

Dream Hostess

Cynde is the best! She has the heart of a nurse! Perfect place to come home to after a long day at the hospital. The yellow room is adorable and the bed is very comfortable!! I'll always stay here when I'm in Georgia. Cynde is a wonderful woman.

Better experience than I possibly could have hoped for!!!!

I stayed at this property for 5 months in 2024 after moving into the area for school and moved out to get married. I cannot emphasize enough how kind and amenable the owner of this property is!! If I ever had a need or was struggling with something, she offered support. She loves to serve and has motivated me to be a more generous person. She and her husband always respect your space while also doing everything they can to make your stay comfortable and happy. The bedroom (blue room) is so spacious, the bed was very comfy, the closet very sizable, and I felt so much at home there. The owners would even offer me home cooked meals on occasion. The location was perfect and so convenient for me to get to work with a straight shot down Sugarloaf. Theres even a porch with a nice green space / garden in the back and a flower garden in the front! But what I want to emphasize most is that it felt like a warm home. 5+ stars for the best renting experience Ive ever had!

Just like family!

Cs home is the quietest and most inviting by far! I enjoyed long talks with her when she was home. She is very respectful of privacy and was certainly hospitable. She was very kind to both my dogs. She always made sure we were comfortable and had food in our bellies! C is like family. She raises the bar in hosting. Great job!

Great Place with a Great Landlady

It was a quiet place very close to the freeway. The landlady was friendly but never too in-your-face. She was flexible with the dates on my lease when my circumstances changed. She even drove me back from the train station when I was travelling from the airport.

Sweet Stay

C was so accommodating and very sweet and funny! My room (Blue) was quiet and comfortable. I felt very at home there.

Home Away from Home

I am so happy here in the Yellow room.. Ms. C is an amazing host and made me feel at home and welcome from day one! Would definitely rent again and again and again! Two thumbs up!!!!

Exceeding expectation!

My first FurnishFinder experience with C was really amazing. The blue room is more spacious than it looks in the pictures; the feather bed is very comfortable; the walk-in closet offers a lot of storage space; those two dormers are lovely; the huge desk is great for using a laptop and studying. The house is so well-built that I dont hear others much while in the room. The neighborhood is beautiful with tall big trees and friendly neighbors. Occasionally, deers stroll around. C has great hospitality and always offers great conversation when you feel like talking. She allows full access to the kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, and is very generous to share her cooking. Her three cats and one dog are not just cute to look at, they are also lovely to be with. With all the great company from C and her little creatures, I still have full privacy to myself. I absolutely enjoyed staying in this house.
