Cat Piss Palace
This studio was quaint at first, but soon after getting settled, I noticed a rather pungent cat piss smell. No candles, Febreze, or open windows could help with the odor (I'm pretty sure it was coming through the ceiling). The space was old and dingy and absolutely not worth the listing price. The landlord is also cheap and will ask for extra money for you to use the wifi and the in-unit washer and dryer. Although the unit is separate from the landlord's living space, she did not allow any guests without her prior approval and evicted me with no warning after I had only been there for two days. The reason for eviction was because I had a guest over, effectively "treating her home like a hotel" (which I interpreted as her calling me a wh*re). She gave me seven days to find a new living situation, which was illegal, as I had already established residency and was entitled to 30 days. DO NOT stay here, you will be able to find cheaper, cleaner, and more enjoyable stays elsewhere.
