Great place!

Really enjoyed my stay here! I am a student traveling for my clinical rotations and had everything I could have needed during my stay here. The management is super helpful and responsive, especially when my washing machine, toilet, AC, and water heater need maintenance. Great location to historical areas and the airport. Quiet and safe neighborhood!

Home away from home

I can't say enough good things about this place. So cozy, so impeccably styled. This was my home for 6 months while I was on an assignment in Albuquerque, and I was legitimately sad to leave it when the time came. The condo was stocked with everything I could've needed, and the area around the condo was very quiet. I always felt safe and secure living here. Inside, the winters were warm and the summer months were cool. I always slept so well in the super comfy king-sized bed, and I loved evenings curled up on the couch watching Netflix. The neighbors to either side are very friendly, and Kevin is an outstanding landlord. He went out of his way to be responsive and helpful, and he was always quickly on top of anything that needed repairs. He is just generally one of the nicest people I've had the pleasure of meeting. If you're coming to Albuquerque, stay here. Seriously, it's the best. I would absolutely rent this condo again, a thousand times over.

Great place for a travel nurse!

I stayed here for a short time only because a family member offered a closer place, but it was very clean, quiet, and no issues whatsoever. It really has all you need for solo, or a couple. The manager K, and his assistant N, are two of the most professional, supportive, and pleasant property managers I have ever worked with and I have been traveling a long time. They will make sure you have everything you need and that everything is how you want it. I highly recommend this place if you are working in Albuquerque!

Great Find!

Responsive and courteous owner, friendly and helpful neighbors, and a great space with plenty of room. It was hard to find a place in Albuquerque, and Im glad to have found this one, its a gem! If I come back to NM, I would easily book here again.
