Our property is located in an active and vibrant neighborhood called Uptown (aka Lower Queen Anne). We are next door to Seattle Center where the Space Needle, Climate Pledge Arena and performing arts venues are located. There is an excellent grocery store directly across the street and 2 others within walking distance. Uptown has many great restaurants and bars plus a movie theater and much more! There are major bus stops 1-2 bl...
Excellent
I would highly recommend staying here! I stayed here 6 months with my dog and it was very clean and comfortable. The communication with the rental company was excellent and prompt. The area is fun and feels safe, the only issue is that there is minimal parking in the neighborhood- I ended up paying for the garage parking.
Mercer 1BR
This was a great apartment for our time in Seattle. The location was great, lots of walkable restaurants, bars, parks, things to do. The property managers were easily reachable and attentive to whatever needs we had. Washer and dryer were located in the basement (1.50 per wash and 1.50 per dry), we never had issues with waiting to use them. Apartment was stocked with basic things but we did have to buy some more utensils/pans. The only issue for us was parking. There are 6 spots below the building, but our cars weren't able to fit. We rented a spot across the way for $130/month per vehicle, but that garage was taken over by a gym that was built. So we ended up having to pay $240/car/month for a garage 0.5mi away. It does get loud due to the location. They pick up trash every day of the week at the neighboring apartments around 6AM, and after Kraken games, people outside can be loud. But earplugs saved us! Otherwise, I'd highly recommend living here, it was a great experience.
Great location, helpful staff
I really enjoyed living here. Being so close to Metropolitan marker, great restaurants and Seattle Center was really special. P and M were very helpful whenever I had questions.
