Best two years ever!

We stayed with M and S for over two years in the wonderful neighborhood of Roslindale. It was a fantastic time for us! The apartment is beautiful, balancing perfectly between having an open floor plan and offering enough seclusion between areas. It is spacious, cosy and light. M&S are the kindest and most helpful landlords we have ever seen. The area is full of friendly folks and offers easy access to an urban wilds wetlands (2 min walk) and the Arnold Arboretum (10 mins walk). Rozzie village and the commuter rail are a 10 min walk away. There is plenty of free street parking. 10/10 would recommend!

Gem in Roslindale

I felt so lucky to find this spot in Roslindale! Extremely clean, large, open layout 1st floor apartment just a mile from where I was working (Brigham and Womens Faulkner). Safe, friendly neighborhood, in-unit laundry, full large kitchen with dishwasher, beautiful outdoor space with comfy patio. There was always an available spot to park on the road (if not right in front of rental just 2 or 3 spots down) with no restrictions. Quick walk to Arboretum and downtown Roslindale. The hosts M and S were so accommodating, friendly, respectful of space/privacy, and willing to work with me and be flexible when my move in and move out dates had to change a bit. I always recommend this spot to other nurses coming to the area and am hoping to stay again if I come back to Boston.

Wonderful apartment, and wonderful owners!

Perfect apartment for the traveling worker. Wonderful neighborhood and location, especially if working at Faulkner. Would definitely stay again. 10/10 would recommend.

Contract cancelled, refused to return security deposit

Communication with M and S was good and they were very friendly. Unfortunately our contract was cancelled by the hospital 2 weeks prior to move-in date. We requested our security deposit to be returned, as we had no control of our contract being cancelled, but they refused to do so (which was within their right because the deposit was indicated as non-refundable). Just be aware.

Great owners!

I had a great time staying here! The owners are wonderful and I loved knowing they were around if I needed anything. They are a lot of fun to be around as well.

Quiet and peaceful home with amazing hosts.

My wife and I have really enjoyed our stay here, time spent with the owners was a lot of fun. This is a private unit but the owners live in the second floor unit. They were very attentive to all requests and provided a very good experience. It is a safe neighborhood with several restaurants and cafes within walking distance. It is also close to bus lines and the commuter rail.
