Terrible landlord

Unethical-Disrespectful-Breaks Contracts Double booked the unit we reserved 4 months in advance. Dryer wasnt working and she was aware but failed to notify us. Gave us grief over attempting to fix it. Stayed above us and had 3+ disruptive nights in sleep due to her walking around/cleaning from Midnight to 3am. Sending texts in middle of night calling us names and blaming us??? Insisted we replace her broken mini blind, blaming our dogwho couldnt reach it, nor destroys any rental property for last 10 years. We left early and the signed a new contract to return our prepaid rent, only to miss the date and pay us in pieces over a week. Renter be aware of responsecheck out reviews on ABNB

NotnUnethica, nor disrespectful with this guest! We didn't break the contract with her.We let her know ahead of time that we had to switch her from one unit to the other within the same property! She wasn't satisfied with that is understandable , but there was nothing else we could do. -Breaks Contracts Double booked the unit we reserved 4 months in advance. Dryer stopped working before there arrival, and she was informed. We had an appliance tech come, but he was unable to repair a washer/dryer. Don't understand how them were grieve from being accommodated with repairman arrival. Airbnb guest were above them and them rudely beat on the door for those guest w/o checking with me - because they assumed it was me! texted in response to whenever they msgd me. And I NEVER CALLED THEM NAMES!! When decided to leave, their dog had damaged the living room mini blind from being on the sofa to look out the window. They informed me that they wanted out of their STR lease, which I graciously obliged them of and returned their remaining balance and security deposit. left early and the signed a new contract to return our prepaid rent, only to miss the date and pay us in pieces over a week. We switched to Airbnb from this experience for the summer season.
