Vanderbilt Spacious Poolside One Bedroom

Loved it here!

I loved staying here. The apartment was so cute and modern. You have a whole wall of windows with a beautiful view. The apartment is in a great location to walk to quite a few places or just a quick Uber to other places downtown. Dr. M was a nice and very responsive and available to answer any questions that arose. The property was clean. The apartment amenities were great. The concierge were very helpful and friendly. The gym is clean and spacious and even when its busy you still have room to workout and the equipment looks brand new.

Nashville!!

I was very pleased working with the landlord of this unit. Unfortunately, I was cut for low census in Nashville and was not able to stay there, but the landlord worked with me to sort out my problems and was very helpful! Next time I am in Nashville this will be my first go-to!!!

Great for a Travel RN!

The property was great overall! The furnishings were perfect for what I needed for the duration of my assignment. The property owner, S, was amazing and was always available! Luckily, I had zero issues during the duration of my stay; however, S was sure to check in regularly to ensure everything was going smoothly. The property was in a perfect location for my assignment and had great security measures (fob access elevator and entrance and a gated garage). Despite being an interior apartment, I never felt the noise level of neighbors interfered with rest.

Downtown Nashville High-Rise Studio

This studio is super nice with brand new furniture and appliances. Lots of great amenities from the gym to the outdoor recreational areas. The host was very nice and accommodating, would respond quickly to any needs. Location was amazing, close to everything. 10/10 experience. Would stay here again.

Nashville condo

Comfort. I felt at home in this 1 bedroom stay. Comfort is very important to me when it comes to traveling. Here I felt at home. The most important part was the bed. A comfortable bed made my stay a lot more relaxing. I loved the location of this place, next to a lot of nice Nashville original restaurants. I was able to accommodate friends and family when they visited me during my off time. The convenience to hospitals is also a perk. Didnt have to drive no more than 10 minutes to my hospital. The property owner was very accommodating. She was able to work with my busy schedule and fix any mishaps that I had with the condo. Polite, well mannered and professional. She was easy to communicate via text and email and very responsive. This made all the difference compared to my previous experiences.
