Perfect home away from home. E was an amazing host- very welcoming, respectful, & kind. House was clean and tidy. House is located in a gated community with a pool 2 blocks away- was a nice area to walk around and felt safe. Neighbors were also friendly! Tons of stores are within 5 minutes of the house and quick access to I-17 and not far to other highways. Lots of room in the house. E didn't mind me having visitors in and even offered the spare bedroom. Didn't need to bring towels, bedding, kitchen supplies- anything you think you need E has! Would highly recommend choosing E place.

Property Review

I'm so glad I got to make this location my home! Beautiful neighborhood with a nice walking trail and sweet neighbors. E is a great roommate-fun and easy to live with and she made sure I had everything I needed! E made me feel right at home. Great location to several major highways and fun pockets of Phoenix. I extended my contract a couple times and would have stayed longer if I could!

Best Place Ever

E is the best! She was the most welcoming housemate ever! She is super clean, tidy, and organized all around. The place was always clean and always felt like home. E is a super nice and easygoing person. She is literally the best housemate I have ever had. She will always do what she can to ensure you had a great stay.

Wonderful Experience

Home is beautiful! E is a awesome host, she has everything you need to make you feel at home. Her home is very open and a lot of natural light. Very comfortable bed, nice big bathroom and washer & dryer all the convenience of home. The pool is a block from the home and very nice. This home is minutes from almost any type of store you would need as well as 2 local freeways. This was one of the best places I have stayed and would definitely recommend and even return

Beautiful Home

I stayed with E from September - November of 2021 after extending my contract for 2 more months. Her home is so beautiful and clean, you have all the things you will ever need to make your stay comfortable. E is such a gracious and generous host. It is located in a gated community and the area is super safe. Definitely better than the extended stay I was staying at prior to finding her place. As a night shift nurse, sleep was of utmost importance and I had no issues with that whatsoever. I would highly recommend!
