Orchard House - Peaceful Country Retreat on 10 acres - close to town

Wonderful stay!

3 month stay with my roommate so we could work at a local hospital. Commute is ~10 minutes to Marian Regional. J and D are incredibly friendly and welcoming. J met with us at the house when we first arrived, late at night even, and did a walk through of the house with us and handed us the keys. Stayed on their property but the guest house is quite the distance from the main house. It always felt very private. We had such an amazing time here, with the beach being a close drive away, the horses and chickens on the property we got to hang out with a few times, and the avocado and orange trees on property. J and D made everything so easy and always quickly responded if we needed anything. Perfect landlords and such a cute house. You do need to have wifi at the house because we didnt have good service on our cellphones. Extremely sad we couldnt stay longer at the hospital, just so we could have stayed at Wildhaven Acres longer!

Calming, cute, retreat for healthcare workers! Close to hospital

This place is a great place to stay for 2-3 people looking to be close to Marian Regional, AG, or SLO areas. This is a private guesthouse across from the main house with your own driveway section and porch. Tucked up into the farm acres in Santa Maria, very quiet other than an occasional horse neigh (horses are an earshot from the houses). Jenna and her husband were so welcoming and nice, very communicative, and provided information on local amenities. Just a couple miles away from Costco, Walmart, Target, etc. The house is cute and quaint with separate rooms, bathrooms, large kitchen, dining room, and living room. Internet was not included, but an existing router was available for service (~35/month through frontier). Would loved to have stayed longer!
