Amazing Stay!!

S and V were amazing throughout our entire stay! The rental was beautiful and had plenty of space, very nice furniture, and lots of natural light. We especially enjoyed the outdoor areas and privacy from the street. Great location in a quiet residential area but not far from activities around town. S and V were incredibly responsive, any small issue and they were ready to help. Move in/out was super easy and they did everything they could to ensure we had a smooth experience. Would absolutely recommend if looking for a rental in the area.

The PERFECT Rental

Truly an amazing place to call home. I originally signed on for a short 6 month lease, but I loved it so much that I stayed for 3 years! The apartment is cozy, comfortable, and in a fantastic neighborhood safe, quiet, but still close to everything. Having a private driveway was such a bonus, and the fenced backyard became my little sanctuary. The landlords were always responsive and thoughtful, which made my time here even better. In terms of places to call home, this one checked all of the boxes, plus a few more I never knew I needed. The only reason I moved because of a life change, otherwise Id still be there. Cozy and Safe

I stayed here with my husband during my contract at SCH. I was day shift so the commute was not too bad during early morning it is easily a 20min drive. The owners were awesome & always available for any questions. Had a few hiccups such as leaks in the dishwasher, laundry and moisture coming through the bedroom window. They got on it right away and got it taken care of. You can tell they really care about their home and have such pride of ownership. The place is very cozy for 2 people, they have plenty of space and the closet was sufficient for our short term stay. The bathroom was very comfortable and bright as well with a heater inside. The kitchen was great and had plenty of space to cook, also S stocked it up with some must haves which was nice. Although while cooking the vents wouldnt clear all smells S would text to let us know. So keep that in mind if you love cooking from home. Also the security alarm and parking, yard were all pluses. We felt very safe. They were so nice!

Home away from home

S and V were very accommodating. They were always a text away. They designed their rental as they were to live it in themselves. Full size updated kitchen with all the gadgets! Comfy and cozy living area with a pullout couch that my guest enjoyed. The bedroom was quiet and cozy with black out shades for the night-shifters. The laundry unit in the rental is always a plus and the internet was at high speed as well. A big plus was free parking! Im a solo female traveler so I appreciated the security lighting and security system as many rentals dont have that in place. Their home is very accessible to public transportation with the bus stop around the corner and the light rail or freeway entrance being about 10 mins away. Also major grocery stores and nice walking paths are a few minutes away. I would definitely return if I am in the area. Thanks S and V!
