The Cutest Place in Cheshire

I was so fortunate to have stayed in this cute studio for 8 months! The studio is spacious, clean, has everything you need to make it your home, and the host Amy is very kind! The studio has a kitchenette that allows you to make a complete meal, your own washer and dryer, and a parking space in the garage. It is in a great location, very safe and easy access to the Farmington walking trail. Amy welcome me into her home and I extended my stay from 3 months to 8 months. This is the place for you if you are looking for a safe, clean, beautiful living quarters.

Wonderful Host and Place!

So happy with my time staying in the apartment, and Amy was a wonderful host! Located in a very nice neighborhood in Cheshire, it is close to the rail trail and a short drive to almost everything you need. I ended up arranging to extend my stay, and it was exactly what I needed between the accommodations and flexibility. Highly recommend!

Perfect Summer Stay!

Me and my partner needed a short stay in CT from May to September. Amy was incredibly accommodating and fast in her communication. The apartment was spacious and well equipped for all our needs. The near by trail was excellent for getting out in the summer sun. Amy is very supportive and helped with anything we needed!

Amy's Place

This place was spacious and convient. The location was central from many hospitals in the area and the neighborhood offered safety. The in suite washer and dryer was very much appreciated. A was a wonderful host and provided everything I needed sooner than I could ask. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and that I had my privacy. I highly recommend this apartment and moreover A as a host.

Quiet spot, great landlord, easy commute to many local hospitals!

The space is so cozy. It's a very large studio style space with a kitchenette. It's in a basement, so very dark for day sleeping for you night shifters. There is a fireplace and a large TV and plenty of space to exercise if that's your thing. It's walking distance to the Farmington Canal Heritage Trail, which is a great place for a run or a bike ride! The rental even comes with garage space. A is a great host, very accommodating and welcoming.
