Comfortable, charming studio near Old Town Clovis with wonderful hosts

I stayed in this comfortable and charming studio for two months, just a few short blocks from Old Town Clovis. The hosts, R & S, were absolutely wonderfulwarm, welcoming, responsive, and genuinely kind. The studio had everything I needed, including a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and adorable decor that made it feel like home. The private patio and shared pool were just steps away and perfect for relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, yet just minutes from the heart of Old Town Clovis, with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars within easy walking distance. The Old Town Clovis Trail is also nearby, about a 10-minute walk, perfect for strolls or a bike ride.

Charming Cottage with Thoughtful Hosts

I stayed at this Clovis cottage for a couple of months and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. They even went the extra mile by providing snacks for breakfast the next morninga thoughtful touch that made settling in so much easier. The cottage itself was exactly as described in the listing. It was spotless, well-maintained, and has a small full kitchen which is great for an extended and comfortable stay. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. This rental is good for anyone looking for a cozy, stress-free home away from home with outstanding hospitality.

Home away from home

We had an incredible stay at this studio, thanks to the amazing hosts, Ric and Suzie. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, especially as we had just moved to the country. On our first day, they had laid out snacks and breakfast items, which made settling in so much easier. The studio itself is in a very safe neighborhood, and we immediately felt at home. The private pool and beautiful garden right outside the studio were wonderful bonuses. We only left because we needed to move to an unfurnished apartment; otherwise, we would have happily stayed longer. Highly recommend!

Perfect Stay

This was a great place to stay during my time in Fresno. Perfect location in a quiet and safe neighborhood with lots to do in nearby Old Town Clovis. The space has everything you need including a nice closet, washer and dryer, and kitchen area. The hosts are so kind and responsive if you need anything! I highly recommend this apartment!!

Truly a spa for the soul

Best place and location in Clovis! S and R are truly the sweetest couple on earth. Their place has everything you need to feel at home away from home. Quiet neighborhood, but close to everything in downtown Clovis. Even had wine and a charcuterie board, plus groceries ready for me when I moved in to get me settled. Will miss them and my second home. Next time on contract in Clovis this will definitely be my first choice for rental if not already rented. Cant say enough great things about them!!!! God bless and keep them both surrounded by His grace!!!!!

Home away form home

S and R are absolutely amazing hosts. From day one, I have felt welcome on their property, and the studio is very clean, quiet and is always taken care of by S and R. If you need anything at all, they are very quick to aid you, and are always willing to lend a helping hand. I wish that I could stay here longer if I could. House is located in a prime location in downtown Clovis, in a very safe neighborhood close to everything you need. Thank you so much for making my stay feel like home. I hope to see you two in the future and will definitely be coming back if given the opportunity.

Amazing Place to stay for extended time

This is the perfect studio apartment to stay as someone who is in town for business/school/work. I am a Physician Assistant student who travels for rotations. I had everything I needed for my stay. You get your own private casita behind their home next to their swimming pool. The studio itself is well equipped with proper closet space, kitchen supplies, lounge area, washer/dryer, direct tv. The place itself as well as the neighborhood is very quiet. The bed is very comfortable, and they have black out drapes if you are needing to sleep during the day if on night shift. The landlords are very nice and welcoming, and help if any issues were to arise. 100% would recommend and would stay there again if I was back in the area.

Truly A Spa For The Soul

S and P are absolutely amazing! They made feel very welcomed during my entire stay. The unit nestled in their backyard but you have a private entrance with motion activated lights, which was great coming home in the dark after my shift. The studio is very spacious and clean. There was a lot storage for all of my belongings and It didnt feel cluttered. The bed was super comfy which is a plus working long shifts as a nurse. If I ever do another contract in Fresno I would stay here again.
