Great place to stay

Great place to stay. All the amenities of home away from home. Quiet neighborhood. Good neighbors. The backyard is inconvenient for dogs to get to since you have to exit the house and walk them around to the back of the house but it is a nice fenced in area once you get there. Parking is tight especially if you have more than one vehicle. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this unit for any length of stay.

I had the pleasure of staying here while on an assignment at Baptist Health in Little Rock. Property was exactly as it looked in the photos, and the owner C and his property manager, B made the whole process a breeze. They also checked in occasionally to make sure I was satisfied with the property and didn't need anything. The neighborhood seemed safe, and It was quiet. Best part was it only took me about 5 minutes to drive to and from the hospital. Unfortunately the hospital cancelled my contract early, but I had no problem getting my deposit back. I would definitely stay here again, and I would recommend this property to other travelers.
