AMAZING Landlady!

I can't thank the host enough for her incredible kindness during one of the hardest times in my life. I booked this rental last-minute while my husband was in the hospital and needed a nearby place to stay. From the start, she was thoughtful, responsive, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. She truly bent over backwards to help, communicating clearly and showing genuine compassion when I needed it most. That level of care is rare. The apartment is in a charming Victorian home that feels warm and inviting right away. Its clean, comfortable, and full of beautiful historic character that made it a peaceful retreat during a stressful time. The location was also very convenient. If you're looking for a caring host and a lovely historic setting, I highly recommend this property. Thank you again, you helped more than you'll know.

Sad to leave

One of the best units I have stayed in. Super clean, and organized, which I loved. Teri is very professional and always cares for us tenants to have the best experience. I will be recommending to any travel nurse friends who come to COS.

Great location and apartment

Cute apartment close to grocery stores, pharmacies, walking trails and downtown. The owner was always responsive and answered any questions promptly!

Lovely home away from home

Super cute apt that is fully furnished with everything you need. Lovely area thats close to everything including walking or biking trails. Grocery & pharmacy is in walking distance. Peaceful & quiet with clean & updated furnishings. The owner is immediately responsive to any questions or concerns. This area of colo Spgs is so safe and enjoyable!

Great place!

The apartment was super cute and was completely stocked with all the comforts of home! Super clean at move in and Teri was very responsive and helpful! The location was perfect, and the neighborhood is beautiful. Great coffee shop and grocery store within walking distance. The other residents were very nice and respectful. I was very happy with my stay.

Amazing furnished rental!

My boyfriend and I stayed in this rental from October to March and we LOVED it. It was furnished beautifully and T was an amazing host. We 10/10 recommend.
