Great house and landlord!

Gabe was really easy to work with. I was in town for work and had my wife and two toddlers with me. I needed certain items in the lease for work and Gabe accommodated all our needs. Any issues with the house, Gabe was quick to respond and deal with any issues. The house is unique and comfortable. If you have kids, we would visit the playground down the street, and also an easy walk to downtown. Would highly recommend!

This property was described as a private unit, however, it is a large house that is split into two units with shared walls you can easily hear through. When I arrived at the location I was informed that Construction on the other half of the house would be complete within two weeks. It went on for over two months. All three bedrooms are upstairs and when I arrived in August it was hot. There was no central heat and air upstairs. Only one small wall unit in the hallway alone. I had to sleep on the couch downstairs for six weeks and was offered no compensation for no working air conditioner upstairs for three weeks, and the air conditioning downstairs only worked 50% of the time. Deep cleaning supplies provided with an efficient. No mop, old vacuum cleaner. The silverware was very cheap and rusted within one week. Landlord was very slow to respond to any of my issues or inconveniences and offered zero compensation until I requested it.

Spacious- Great Location- Charming Home

We are a family of four that was in need of a temporary place to stay while our house was being renovated. This place offered everything we were looking for! Things that fit the bill was the corner lot and private parking. Also, a safe area with nice neighbors and not an over amount of traffic. Easy walking distance to explore the downtown area, shops, and restaurants...(which we did a lot!) Inside- All 3 bedrooms were comfortable and cozy. All are upstairs; a huge plus! Every area was spacious! Plenty of room to relax, eat, do laundry, sleep, and cook..in the full kitchen! Everything we needed was available and fully furnished. This place beat staying in small apartment by a long shot! Felt like home. The owners are super nice & very attentive! Answered all our questions & checked in on us periodically if we needed anything. Oh! We also had a small dog! No issues at all. Lots of dog walkers in the area and a small park close by. Highly recommend!
