Lower Queen Anne Gem

This is a very cute, private apartment conveniently located in Lower Queen Anne. You can easily walk to City Center, the arena, the local QFC, or many restaurants and even a nail salon. Street parking was almost always available and convenient. The kitchen is wonderful to cook in and the rest of the apartment is just the right amount of space. I thoroughly enjoyed living here and miss it! N was always attentive to any needs or concerns throughout my extended stay here. I would highly recommend renting any of her properties.

Great Stay!

My partner and I stayed at this apartment for two months while traveling and working remotely. The apartment is exactly as it appears in the listing. It is well stocked, decorated nicely, and very comfortable. We enjoyed the area and found that everything we wanted to do in the city was within a 15 minute drive. We always felt very safe, and enjoyed daily walks around the neighborhood. The owners were available when needed - they provided some great recommendations. The unit also has a back patio that we used daily. We thoroughly enjoyed our two month-stay, and we were sad to leave!

Couldn't ask for a better Seattle stay!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for over 3 months during a contract, and it was wonderful! The location was perfect - central to the 'city center' while just residential enough to feel safe and cozy. We loved grabbing coffee at one of the local shops and going for long walks around the Queen Anne neighborhood...the picturesque Kerry Park is just a few blocks away too! There were a good amount of restaurants/coffee shops/bars walking distance also. The unit itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything you could need. Not shown in the photos is also an outdoor patio that feels private and secluded, equipped with some outdoor furniture and a propane grill. N and B are friendly, wonderful landlords that are always quick to respond to you! The ONLY difficulty we found was that the area just started requiring permits to park on the street, but this was an easy fix by applying for a short term permit online, which N actually helped us with! We are sad to leave!
