Neighborhood overview
This home is situated in the Summerwalk Place subdivision which is in the Five Forks area of Simpsonville. The neighborhood is wonderful. Great for walking with many friendly neighbors. The Five Forks area has everything you could possibly want or need with grocery stores, shops, etc. It is situated about 12 minutes from downtown Simpsonville which has undergone revitalization with great restaurants, and it is very charming....

Beautiful home away from home
This home is so beautiful and peaceful. It is in a safe neighborhood and tucked away in beautiful Simpsonville. I enjoyed my stay here. The pool was a lot of fun and the pictures do not do justice. I felt like I was on vacation, while staying here for an extended time. I also liked that I could park in the garage. The landlords were very nice and informative.

Owners Second Home - Great Stay!
My husband and I stayed at this lovely house for an extended period. Everything was as described in the description and as seen in pictures. Its a lovely, safe, and quiet neighborhood. Our landlord helped us out with every need we had and worked with us when we needed something. We enjoyed our stay! Pros: Big house Big back yard A garage we could use Good location Nice bedrooms with plenty of storage Full stocked kitchen Cons: Unable to move furniture and use the fireplace.

Wonderful Simpsonville Home
As two traveling physical therapists, we couldnt have asked for a better place to stay than at D and Cs home. Plenty of space, a wonderful location, and every amenity you could need. D and C were very easy to work with, accommodating, and responsive to any minor issue that we had. Simpsonville is a great location to live and the neighborhood was very safe and beautiful. It was an easy drive into Greenville but far enough away to still feel peaceful. We would recommend this property to any healthcare professional!
