Nexus point for the Tampa - St. Petersburg Bay Area

I enjoyed living at Vantage Point. The unit faces the backside of the complex and was nicely furnished, updated, and quiet. Having a full kitchen and W/D in the unit was great! The neighbors are also friendly, and the complex is well situated for local access to St Petersburg, and the surrounding communities. The restaurants on Central Ave in downtown St. Pete are not to be missed, especially if you enjoy Asian Fusion! The complex is very close to both bridges to Tampa, so the location is a nexus point for most of what you do in the area. J, the owner, is great. She's very friendly, engaging, responsive, and was always quick to respond when I need something. She's everything one would hope for in a landlord! I was so fortunate to find her place.

Great Place!

We needed a short term rental, and we were lucky enough to find this gem! Very nice clean unit, nicely decorated- loved having a washer/dryer included. Safe gated community with great parking! Close to everything. J is a great, friendly host and always available. Highly recommend!

Amazing place to stay!

My girlfriend and I really wanted to enjoy St. Pete for a longer period of time and we found this gem for our 3 month stay. J was an amazing host and was always prompt with responding and gave us great recommendations. The property is located in between St. Pete and Tampa by the Gandy Bridge which allows you to get to either of their downtowns quickly. The apartment feels very homey and has been kept very well maintained and clean. You have a nice view of the pond that's a part of the complex from the balcony. Parking is easy as well. We loved our stay and highly recommend!
