Excellent and Private

Great location for so much in Colorado Springs. Very private room with everything one person needs and a decent amount of space for the price. Owner is very nice, easygoing, and will not intrude. I would happily stay here again. As long as you don't mind hearing a dog upstairs occasionally, this place is an excellent choice.

Perfect studio!

I had an incredible stay at Ks studio! The space has everything you need and more for both a short or longer term stay. I stayed 6 months and wish I could stay longer! The full oven/stove top and large fridge/freezer are great to have, especially when most other furnished finders only have a microwave, hot plate and mini fridge. The garage parking is also a very nice amenity that you wont find at many other places in the city. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here! The place is in a great area near the UCCS campus and has plenty of privacy.
