Best place in town! Highly recommend!!

I had the privilege of staying here for 6 months (Feb 2025 to July 2025). Absolutely, the best experience staying anywhere across the country. Beautiful, friendly quiet neighborhood. Kirk and Kris are the best landlords I ever rented from. They took great care of us and made our visit an enjoyable experience. Its a great location. Convenient to everything, shopping, restaurants, gym, work, and some amazing outdoor adventures. Its about from Yosemite and 30 minutes to the Sequoias. Highly recommend this place.

A+++ Clean, quiet & safe neighborhood with an incredible kitchen!

Do not pass up this incredible place to stay! This has been probably one of the best places I have stayed while traveling in the past year. Everything needed is in the unit to make it feel like home. Comfortable sofa and bed, an incredible kitchen with all the best appliances and utensils, and you have control of the AC and heat. Off street parking in the back by the entrance, safe quiet neighborhood to go for walks and much more. The owners are very easy to work with and do everything to accommodate your stay to make sure you enjoy it. I would definitely stay here again if I would come back to Fresno to work. Loved my stay at the Hudson Cottage!

I very much enjoyed my stay here at the apartment! It's spacious, clean and updated with comfortable and modern decor and I felt very much at home! The landlords were awesome and accommodating. There is a separate, private parking spot on the property right in front of the apartment in a quiet, lovely neighborhood! They also have a beautiful backyard with a pool, which was especially refreshing during the warm summer months! It's an easy drive to many of the local hospitals in the area, with plenty of great restaurants and entertainment in the area!

Great Place to Stay

I was very fortunate to have found this place to stay for my 3 month contract. The Guest House is in a great location; its quiet, safe, and was about 15min from VCH. It was a perfect studio size with a big kitchen and refrigerator; the living room area is really nice and a comfy spot to sit and unwind. I stayed during the winter months so having the fire place on was nice and it warms up the space very well. I had my own parking space off the street. K and K are very nice and friendly and were always making sure I had what I needed. I will definitely be keeping this property on my list for if and when I return to Fresno!

Safe Haven

Such a beautiful, comfortable, modern home to rest, after the demands of work. All photographs and information described by the owners are accurate. It was so clean when I arrived. It's in the best location to a variety of stores/restaurants/Hospitals and is situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood. K & K made sure I was comfortable and all my questions were quickly answered. They are the most kindest people, I have ever met. A pity, I didn't enjoy my assignment otherwise I would never have left!

Hidden Gem!

While staying at this home, K and his wife were very welcoming! The home was very well maintained and also up-to-date appliances. I highly recommend this property if you are visiting or working in Fresno. Will continue doing business in the future.
