Love the place.. very nice and I am definitely not one to share a space but it was perfect for my needs. It was in a central location that is convenient to anything that you may need. I would recommend this space.

Excellent Choice
This Condo is wonderfully spacious and new. Great location from hospitals with many restaurants very close by. Walmart and Costco and with in a few miles. The location also has a wonderful view. Its a great place to be.

Great location, cozy space close to groceries, gyms and anything you need really. Your uber eats/door dash selections are great. If youre a travel nurse- great spot to stay bc its close to many of the hospitals in the area. Overall safe and cozy spot.

This condo is absolutely beautiful and is located in a great location. Not far off the interstate, this property allows for quick, easy travel anywhere in the city. I always felt safe and comfortable during my stay. R is very gracious and responsive and ensures your stay is perfect. I would highly recommend this property!

Gorgeous Condo
I stayed here 7months for work. The location is perfect and just a few lights away from grocery stores & restaurants in multiple directions. Added bonus it's just 2 lights away from the highway. The condo itself is a new build and all modern. With the washer & dryer conveniently upstairs it makes laundry day a piece of cake.

Quiet, wonderful spot!
This apartment has everything you need: parking spot, washer/dryer, one bedroom with a spacious bathroom, close to nature. Super comfortable, safe, quiet neighborhood that it is great for night shifters. I worked at VCU Medical Center and the commute is totally doable at 25 minutes. Also, R is a wonderful host and super responsive! Book it!

Property was amazing, the private entrance allowed me to come and go as I wished without worries, cable television, own parking spot. Comfortable and spacious living space and bedroom. Quiet safe neighborhood close to the mall and other nice restaurants and shops. wonderful community went on daily runs, close to James river park if you enjoy trail running. R is sweet, accommodating and gracious. Always available to contact if needed. highly recommend her property.

R is a great property owner! The basement apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. She is very accommodating and only a phone call away for any issues or questions. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone and would stay again myself.
