Baltimore Rental

This was an excellent rental property, I rented it for a full year while taking an assignment at Sinai hospital. It was pretty centralized and near everything from numerous bars and restaurants to parks. Its on a quiet/safe street, I never encountered any issues during my rental. There was always parking out front a few steps from the house which is a huge bonus while renting in the city! The landlords of this property were fantastic and were available anytime I ever needed anything for the house. They sent a cleaning person to clean the house 1 a month with the rental as well!

Worth It!

D and R are amazing landlords, so kind, caring and responsive. They really love Baltimore and know the area well. This apartment has all you need while travelling, and is a short run to Patterson Park and 10 min drive to Canton/Fells. There is plenty of space, comfy beds, parking is a breeze and washer/dryer in unit is worth the price tag! Surrounding location is typical Baltimore, but we never felt unsafe on our quiet block and you are super close to the hospital (6-8 minute walk). D and R go the extra mile to make sure you have the best experience possible!
