Beach Condo

I stayed with J for my 3 month contract and she was a great hostess! My room was nice and clean with my own bathroom, and the TV had all the apps to enjoy your days off and relax. The kitchen has all the appliances that you will need, as well as containers for work food. I was always able to find parking on the street or around the corner, neighbors were always kind and said hello. She made me feel very much at home which I really loved. The walk to the beach was only 20 min through the beautiful neighborhood. It is right down the street to Vons, Trader Joes and the downtown Pacific Beach area. It is a great area to live in and close to everything if you want to go downtown SD or other little towns nearby. Lots of things to do in the area! I really enjoyed my stay! I would highly recommend her to my friends for sure!

Cute Condo

J's property was the absolute perfect spot for my month in San Diego. Space: Private bed and bath with everything that you'll need. One of the most comfortable beds I've experienced. Beautifully renovated kitchen, with new appliances! Location: Great spot in Pacific Beach. Close to good food and coffee! I was able to bike to the beach in < 10 minutes. Just south in Mission Bay was another great spot to ride my bike! Commute: My commute to Hillcrest was < 15 minutes, and it was reverse commute every day. The only traffic I experienced was around town during rush hour. Parking: There was almost always parking on the street. I think there were 2-3 occasions during the entire month that I had to park around the corner. On top of everything, J is a great host. She is easy to have a conversation with, but also respects your space. I would 100% stay here again if I was in the area!
