Close to UNC, Peaceful Downstairs Studio Apartment

Cute, cozy, quiet

I stayed in this Carrboro unit for a month during my rotation and it was fantastic. The location was perfect; a quick, easy drive to the hospital, which made early mornings so much less stressful. The upstairs unit was comfortable and well-equipped, with an in-unit washer and dryer (huge plus for a month-long stay) and blackout curtains that made sleeping after long shifts a breeze. The back porch was a nice bonus for unwinding (so many birds and bamboo!), and being close to the Carrboro Farmers Market was such a treat on weekends. I'd absolutely recommend this place to any traveling healthcare worker and would happily stay again!

The best place!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and homely. Ledia and Jeff were incredible; so kind and very welcoming. Its tucked away so you feel safe and away from the crowd, but super close to coffee shops and local restaurants. Id highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Excellent stay

Clean and comfortable room in an excellent location in Carrboro. It was a quick commute to UNC and walkable into a charming part of town. Ledia and Jeff were wonderful hosts, always responsive and attentive to our needs. Would highly recommend.

Cozy, Private and well priced studio!

Lived here for 6 months during my contract at UNC. It was very nice, the landlords were amazing and helped with any minor issues I had immediately. A 2 minute drive to the Park & Ride and a 7 minute shuttle to UNC hospital was all it took to be at work. Highly recommend!

Great place!

Stayed here while working as a Home Health RN and loved it! Great location, private and peaceful. Don't miss the farmer's market! Tons of great little breweries and restuarants. Great hiking and kayaking within 20 min yet close to all that a quaint college town has to offer. Comfortable and very clean. Ledia and Jeff are accommodating and provide you privacy yet are available and helpful whenever needed.

Great place

I stayed here for a short rotation at UNC. Very easy commute and in a quiet area. Very close to coffee shops/restaurants to walk to. Would stay again

Great Place for a Summer Stay

Stayed here for an 11-week summer internship and could not have asked for a better stay. The apartment is in a great spot to keep to myself. Though, if I ever needed anything, the owner was there quickly to assist. The apartment was spacious and clean with a full array of kitchenware, all I could ever ask for. I would stay again!

Great Location, Nice Neighborhood, Responsive Landlord

This apartment is close to UNC at Chapel Hill where I was a travel nurse. The bus stop is walking distance as well as the park and ride lot. Located in a very nice and safe neighborhood where I was able to walk and exercise. I truly enjoyed my stay here. Landlord J and Landlady L are responsive, nice and accommodating. The apartment is clean, quiet and fully furnished. If I get another opportunity to work at UNC, I will come back and stay in this apartment. Highly recommend staying and renting here in this apartment.

Great accommodations

This property was clean, roomy, and cozy. Everything was available to make our stay comfortable (linens, kitchen supplies, bedding, etc). The location was convenient to shopping, parks and trails, Jordan Lake, Chapel Hill and the triangle area. The owner/landlord was very kind and helpful. It was a great place to be as our home for a month. We would not hesitant to stay here again and highly recommend it for other travelers visiting this area.
