Perfect hidden gem

I stayed for 7 months and for good reason because I dont have a single complaint about this property. It is first off much larger than expected and had everything I needed. They supply linens and towels, everything you would need for the kitchen, the closet is huge with built in shelving, also plenty of built in storage in the bathroom. The two sky lights were an added bonus for plenty of sunlight but the bedroom does have great black out curtains for us night shifters. I never heard any noise from the landlords and they were always very quick and helpful if I had any issues (a toilet clog and other simple questions). The parking is free street parking and the farthest Ive ever had to go was about a block and that was only when there was construction blocking some available spots. The neighborhood is very quiet and filled with families. There is a safeway about a block away and a small convenient store. Easy access to the highway and was only about 10 minute drive to UCSF mission bay, overall great location. I always felt safe and I would say the space was more homey than most other short term rentals. Highly recommend this property!

Travelers Sanctuary

This was a travelers sanctuary. The landlords were very hospitable and accommodating to my unusual night shift schedule and sleeping routine. They were also easy to get in contact with when I had questions. The unit had all the smaller supplies I needed including hangers, towels, iron, and a basket for clean clothes. As a solo traveler, I was never concerned about my safety and the unit was comfy, cosy, and perfect for a single traveler. If I work in this area again, this is where Id want to live.

This space was perfect for my short contract in SF. it was a comfortable private space. The owners were very accommodating and were responsive when needed. Would highly recommend this space!

Home Away from Home

Great apartment for anyone looking for housing outside of downtown SF. Here you'll be tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood. The owners are very hospitable and accommodating. If you have a car, you'll have no problem finding street parking. Just make sure to keep in mind the street cleaning days. Otherwise, there's Glen Park BART station 15-20 minute walk away and multiple bus routes into the city just around the corner. The 43 bus line passes by Laguna Honda and UCSF Parnassus before ending its route in the Marina District. There's a Safeway supermarket and a 24-hr convenience store just minutes away. As for the place itself, it's quiet and peaceful. There's lots of natural light that comes through the living room. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and has lot of cabinet space. The bedroom is spacious with a walk-in closet. We really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend this place for other traveling professionals!

Lovely Oasis with a Garden

I was looking for a peaceful, safe neighborhood close to UCSF MB (10 minute drive) while searching for long term housing. This was the perfect spot! Quiet during the days for sleeping, complete with black out curtains and a beautiful outside patio and garden. Parking was easy, could always park within a block (or less) . A very walkable neighborhood, Glen Park, Ocean Ave and West Portal are all fun and easily accessible. Hosts M and M were lovely and welcoming and couldn't do enough to make sure that I felt comfortable. If you are coming to SFO and have been told there is nothing safe of reasonable, think again and come see this spot.
