Lovely Cozy Home Close to Hospitals!

This is a cute and cozy home close to IU Hospitals! My fianc and I, along with our cat, stayed in three homes over the 8 months we were in Indianapolis for a travel nurse contract and this was by far our favorite. The space is adorable, clean, and has anything and everything you may need. The hosts were very responsive and quick to address any questions we had, as well as give us fun suggestions for things to do around Indianapolis. We also really enjoyed the walkability to a few restaurants nearby, Family Dollar for quick needs, and the Canal Walk. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely want to stay here again if we returned to Indianapolis for an assignment!

Great location and property

Loved this house for my 6 month contract in Indianapolis! Fantastic location near the canal, safe neighborhood, close to food and shopping. House its self is very charming and cozy. Host if extremely responsive and kind. Would recommend this property!!!

Perfect Indy House

This was the perfect house for my stay in Indy. It was well equipped with everything you could need. The location to IU Methodist was a quick less than 5 minute drive or an easy 10 minute walk to the University campus. The area has plenty of food options within walking distance and always felt safe to be out in the neighborhood. Michelle was a great host and quick to respond to questions or with recommendations!

Good location& great owners

Convenient location for my contract at R'S! Perfect size for me and my small dog. Cozy home with everything I needed. Owner was incredibly responsive and so nice! Enjoyed the proximity to Starbucks, chipotle, pancake house and city bbq!!

Cozy, convenient, and clean.

This house is perfect for 1-2 people who are looking for an at home feel. The kitchen is stocked with most any utensil you need and has plenty of space for cooking. The living areas are just the right size to be cozy, but practical. The home is tucked in a cute neighborhood located right between the two IU Health Hospitals. Also a short walk to the canal and a grocery store. We had a lovely stay here and would recommend it. 10/10!

Great location, house, owners!

A comfortable, cute property super close to IU hospitals and restaurants. The neighbors are nice and really friendly. I can't say enough about the property owners, very responsive to any of your needs. The house is furnished with everything you need and more. Great internet and smart tvs for those who enjoy streaming. Off street parking is a huge plus! I give it a 10/10.

Great location!

You cant ask for more convenience! This cute little house is in a cool neighborhood that is about a 15 minute walk from IU University, a few minutes more for folks working at Riley or Eskanazi hospitals. You can indulge in all of your vices right across the street: City BBQ, Starbucks, a pancake house and a liquor store. Nice neighbors and very responsive owner!
