Perfect for me

I recently stayed here for 3 months, while searching for a permanent home. I highly recommend this apartment. The location is excellent, in a picturesque neighborhood which is a short walk to Tennyson street (loaded with many shops and restaurants). It's also near to several grocery stores, parks, and convenient to major roadways. The apartment itself is roomy, has a very functional and well stocked kitchen, high ceilings, comfortable bed and nice bathroom, and is super clean and modern throughout. I brought quite a bit of stuff, and there was plenty of storage for everything. The landlords are kind, always respond quickly, and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. It felt like home to me. You really can't go wrong on this one!

Great Location and Everything You Need

I stayed in this apartment for 6 months during a temporary job I had in Broomfield. The location is perfect access to anywhere in Denver with a quick walk to Tennyson St, the apartment is completely move-in ready with everything you need, and D & P are very friendly and responsive landlords! Highly recommend this place.

Great place!

I have absolutely loved staying here. D and P are wonderful landlords and respond very quickly. The location is great and very safe. The place is very comfortable, has a lot of storage, and clean. I would stay here over and over again!

Great Apartment and Great Location

Highly recommend - this is a great place to stay! I stayed here for ~3 months in the summer, and the property and location were perfect! A quick walk to 32nd Street and Tennyson shops / restaurants, and easily accessible to anywhere in Denver and to the mountains. The apartment was perfectly outfitted with everything one would need, and the owner went above and beyond to make sure I was enjoying my stay.

Awesome Apartment in Great Location!

Ive been living at this property after relocating from the east coast and wanting to explore Denver for a couple months. The apartment is in a great location and is super close to anything you need (grocery stores, gas stations, gyms, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.). The neighborhood is safe and quiet and there is always plenty of parking. Its about an 8 minute walk to Tennyson Street which has a bunch shops, boutiques, restaurants, breweries, etc.)The apartment itself has everything you need (full kitchen with utensils/appliances, bedding, remote workspace, smart tv, nice bathroom, etc.) and is very well kept and clean. It also has a ton of storage space. The owners are wonderful and responsive. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Great Property

This property was great. I as going to school at Regis University and this was only a couple minutes from campus. Very easy commute and near a lot of options for grocery stores. Also very close to Tennyson and I was able to walk over to get food, drinks, and even my haircut. This location was great and the owners are very responsive to texts and very nice. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Amazing, updated basement apartment

I lived at D and P's basement apartment while traveling and working remotely. The apartment is very nice and well taken care of. There is a fully stocked and updated kitchen, all appliances, almost like new furniture, a great bathroom, tons of closet space, and a king sized bed in the bedroom! The location of the apartment is very nice neighborhood, surrounded by family homes with Tennyson street that has great restaurants, breweries and shops extremely close as well as walking distance to a Safeway grocery store. Many times I walked to get coffee or to the park and shops. D and P were extremely welcoming and prepared for me providing new towels and fresh bedding. They also added a desk to the apartment because I work full time remotely and needed one. They will go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need for your stay. I highly recommend if you are considering this apartment!
