Affordable accommodations

I will miss my stay here in Columbus! I enjoyed renting this home for the duration of my travel assignment ! It was affordable and located in a quiet neighborhood. I also like that there is parking available behind the property.(no street parking is a plus) The Landlord is accommodating and helps in any way she can.

Nice, but maybe not for all pet owners.

W has put so much detail and thought into this place and thats apparent! It is well decorated, well stocked, and very cozy. She is quick to respond to messages and concerns. However, we had to break our lease and move again after only two weeks. If you have pets, be prepared to drop any and all plans and return home immediately if they make any noise. We lost out on $100 tickets because of this and it was the reason we decided to move elsewhere as we cannot be expected to sit home all day everyday to ensure our dog is absolutely silent at all times. W was willing to work to find a solution with us instead of moving, but really there was none as the barking apparently happened when we left the house. Weve always lived in apartments with our dog and never had an issue, which was even more frustrating. So keep this in mind if you have a dog that would bark at noise outside of your home, or if you frequently leave and make plans. Otherwise a great place.

Perfect Stay for a Travel Nurse!

I stayed in this townhouse for a couple months and loved it. Its the perfect amount of space. The kitchen was equipped with just enough utensils and appliances for me to cook minimal meals when I wanted. A cozy place to come home to after a long day at work. Its only about 12min from the hospital I was working at. I love that this place has its own parking lot in the back. So I mainly used the back entrance for coming and going. Two bedrooms are perfect if you want to share the place with someone or if you have visitors every now and then. I would definitely stay here again. W is so sweet and just a phone call away if you need anything. Shes doing such a great job for a community and fellow healthcare workers.
