Not what it looks like

Listed for 1600, when we spoke she told me she was not $ hungry person and just told me to give her a price that works for me to have both bedrooms. I offered 1800 and she accepted, but then said I had to pay 2000 for the month my daughter would be there. There's no AC , the space was congested, dirty, and had no living space. The room that had portable an AC unit was the 2nd room. I told her I run hot so I would just stay in that room until she purchased an AC. She told me I couldn't until my daughter came because the room still had her stuff.The area IS NOT PRIVATE. I keep a camera and she was in and out of my area.The gate was secured by a wire. She kept telling me if I wanted to cool off to go to her area. I travel with guinea pigs and she told me that her son is allergic to dust and thats why she didn't allow pets, but your son shouldn't be in my bedroom. The laundry was a shared space and there was clothes and linen everywhere.I have pictures and videos
