Absolutely Loved My StaySafe, Clean & So Convenient!

I had an amazing stay at this furnished apartment and couldnt have asked for a better experience. As a night shift ER nurse, having a quiet and comfortable place to rest during the day is essentialand this place delivered. The commute to Parkridge East was a quick 810 minute drive, which made work so much easier. The apartment was clean, fully stocked, and felt like home. The water temperature was perfect for hot showers after long shifts. Scott and Holly were wonderful hosts and made sure I felt safe with the alarm system. The neighbors were friendly and respectful, keeping to themselves, which made the environment peaceful. Parking was easy with off-road space for two cars. There are also several small shops and a nice walking track within walking distance. Overall, this place checked every boxclean, safe, quiet, and convenient. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Feels like a home!

I lived in this apartment for 4 months and could not have asked for a better place to stay. The unit was very clean and well maintained, and I especially appreciated the security system and privacy provided. Not to mention the landlords Scott and Holly did an exceptional job at ensuring I was welcomed to the neighborhood and had everything I needed during my stay. I felt very comfortable here and would highly recommend staying here for the short or long term!

Excellent!

I was a UTC nurse anesthesia student that stayed here for 7 months. Scott and Holly are very kind and astounding landlords. I had accidently set off the fire alarm while cooking and Scott called to ask if I was okay, not the property. They will ensure that you receive the best stay at this location. The location is in a great spot for most hospitals and UTC campus access. Most importantly, the place is in excellent condition and is well cared for. It is a quiet space with privacy. The neighbor next door is pleasant. The other neighbor is a very nice airbnb property that is great for family or friends to come and visit you while not impeding on your space. Overall stay was fantastic and I do recommend this property to anyone traveling solo or with a spouse. I appreciate the opportunity to stay here and I wish everyone the best!

Clean, Quiet, Private

The apartment is very nice, private, safe, clean, and quiet. The neighborhood is conveniently located to all the hospitals and the neighbors are friendly. The apartment is well equipped, making for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the security system and keypad entry on the door. We encountered very few issues during our stay, and the ones we did were addressed promptly. We would recommend this host and accommodation to anyone!

Awesome landlords and location

This is a awesome property with exceptional landlords. They were always available by phone and did everything to make this a great experience away from home . I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area!

Best hosing for travelers

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. The location is great. It's close to downtown and lots of restaurants and shops. The apartment is perfect. It had everything I needed. It is clean, comfortable, quiet and in a safe location. The owners made sure that the tennats are secure in the apartment with a security system and ample lighting oustide after dark, which was a great help as I work nightshift. More than that the owners are very kind people who are truly caring. I felt more like family than a tenant. I appreciate them letting me live in their apartment. It was a great experience as I am a traveler for work and had a hard time finding housing.

Comfortable in Chattanooga

This property was perfect for my travel nurse job at Parkridge main. The property was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities that I needed. I enjoyed being in the upcoming highland park neighborhood, felt safe walking through the area, and appreciated the new community park/track that was put in right behind the house. S was a great landlord, checking to ensure everything was going well with my stay. I would recommend staying at this property for your Chattanooga adventure.
