The apartment is perfectly located to DT Knoxville and close to all of the major interstates making getting anywhere very easy. Its equipped with everything you would need, very clean (feels brand new) and Cassy was extremely prompt answering any questions that came up. As a single female staying there, I felt safe and at home. Thank you!

Lovely rental

This apartment was such an awesome way to start out our time in Tennessee. It had everything you needed and plenty of space, even for storage. I can't speak for all the beds, but the one in the master room was awesome! I have a bad back, so the unexpected surprise of not only a comfy mattress, but also an adjustable base where you can elevate your head was perfect. The proximity to everything you needed from groceries to household goods to restaurants and entertainment was great. Our dog loved the fact that he had a fenced in yard to roam around. Anytime I had to reach out to Cassy, she was super quick to respond and helpful in every way. If you are searching for a place to stay that has it all, look no further!

Great rental near all of Knoxville

Cassys rental was perfect! It is located near all things Knoxville. Quick 10 minutes to downtown and all the restaurants and things to do. This unit has plenty of space. Great beds. All things you need are provided in the kitchen. Cassy is very quick to respond with any questions or concerns. Maintenance concerns are addressed immediately.

A Wonderful Apartment !!!

This short-term rental was everything the advertisement claims and more. Cleaning and prep prior to our arrival arrival was exceptional - the BEST we have ever seen. The owner was responsive to our every need. Easy self check-in, a well-supplied kitchen with modern appliances, a great living area, a very comfortable bed, in-unit washer and dryer, and an excellent central-Knoxville location. What more could you ask for? Thanks!

Beautifully furnished, great homeowner and location

Perfectly decorated and convenient to interstate access, restaurants and shopping. The property has everything you need, quiet and a great owner thats very responsive to issues and friendly. Would definitely stay here again and have recommended to my medical traveling colleagues.
