Nice quaint spot. Great neighbors. Abundance of fruits such as oranges, lemons, avocado, peaches, that grow and are delicious! Dog friendly and nice yard in the back and front area. Lumi is responsive and gets back to you promptly for anything about the house. Walking distance to orange circle great area to walk the dog and take them to coffee shops and restaurants in the area. Wish there were screens on house windows and door to let the air in during the day without bugs coming in. Overall good experience and nice rustic feel.
Bad neighborhood
There were several reasons I ended up not feeling safe here. The driveway connects with an alley in which I found glass pipes (2 different occasions), beer & liquor bottles (often). This is thanks to drunkards and tweakers walking by (one knocked on my door after he peeked in, then lingered near my car til I threatened to call cops). The property is just off Chapman, behind a gas station and a somewhat noisy used car lot... Finally, a homeless guy was living in his van parked out front for 3 weeks and I saw him urinating on the front lawn. Police were pretty unhelpful but he did leave. for now. I am enjoying living in a safer neighborhood now where I dont have to peek out my front door first to make sure it's safe to leave. Rent is not much more either.
