A Serene Escape!!

Roger is an amazing landlord and his property is well equipped, located, and very comfortable. I enjoyed walking my dog around the several lakes within the neighborhood and the large open space right next door. There are plenty of shopping (King Soopers, Sprouts, Whole Foods) nearby and it was easy to travel to both Boulder and Denver from the unit. Roger was extremely communicative and helpful over my entire stay. He even went the extra mile by holding on to some of my belongings I accidentaly left and coordinating with me to return. He is an ideal landlord. I would highly recommend this unit to anybody looking for a safe, quiet, and comfortable place in the Boulder/Denver area.

I enjoyed my stay here. The apartment is spacious and nicely located. Roger was a wonderful and an attentive landlord.

Awesome spot

This is a very nice 1 bed lockout. Very quiet and super comfortable. Owner is extremely good guy. Highly recommend this spot easy to almost anywhere in Denver area

Excellent stay in excellent location!

This property is wonderful for traveling professionals! The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and lovely. Great location with everything you could need within 3-5 miles. R is a very responsive landlord and super accommodating. I will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises!

Perfect Rental!

This is a travel nurse's dream located in a quiet upscale community and surrounded by multiple lakes for walks and relaxation. Located downstairs from the landlord in a townhome which offers a big bedroom with a king bed (super comfortable) and plenty of closet space. Bathroom is perfect and has heated floors! Open living area with mini kitchen combined. All of the amenities needed. Awesome communication with the landlord who is very respectful and goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable. If I wasn't leaving I would stay! I feel lucky to have come across this property and have the opportunity to stay here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
