A Great Stable Place to Stay

Overall, my experience renting here was wonderful. Communication was clear and maintenance requests were handled when needed. I appreciated having a place to stay and the opportunity to rent the property.

Great for travelers

Perfect place for travelers, I was a travel. Nurse stayed there for three months. Three month lease available cozy queen size bed large closet. The hostess was most accommodating. She even made me coffee on my first day until I got to the store. If you like dogs, she's got this lovely sweet dog very affectionate. Washer and dryer available shared kitchen private bathroom. All you need to do is bring your clothes and your toothbrush. And only do you get a nice clean place to stay but you also get a good friend.

Very comfortable, clean and quiet place to stay. If I ever get a contract in Greenville again Im definitely coming back!

Home away from home.

From the moment I stepped into the cozy condo, it enveloped me in a sense of belonging. Ms. Cathy, with her welcoming smile and genuine warmth, proved to be an extraordinary host, ensuring every detail was attended to. Her charming Maltese, Cole, with his playful antics and soft fur, added an extra layer of warmth and companionship to the atmosphere. Each day spent there was a delightful experience, as I looked forward to returning to a space that felt not just like a temporary stay, but like a true home. My room was impressively spacious, filled with light and comfort, making it a perfect sanctuary for relaxation. As I prepare to say goodbye, I realize that my time here has not only given me a lovely retreat but has also blessed me with a lifelong friendship with Cathy.

RENTER BEWARE - VERY UNCOMFORTABLE PLACE TO STAY

Room was nice, musty but nice. Bathroom was nice. However, it is very very cold in this place. The closet in the bedroom is full of the owners stuff. Really no where to put your stuff. Only a small curtain rod in the closet to hang your clothes, There is a chifforobe (a tall cabinet) to hang clothes. There is a dog. I tried to eat one meal at the kitchen table. The dog was right at my feet. The owner grabbed the dog and had to comfort him the whole time I ate. From that point on, I ate out or ate in the room w/the door closed. I purchased the "WOW Factor" for $80.00. This was to wash and dry my clothes, clean the bathroom and change bed sheets. When I got there (after paying the WOW factor fee) I was informed the dryer was out being repaired. Funny thing was in the laundry area, the place where the dryer would normally go was filled with a small cabinet. Washer looked like it had not been used in a while. WHERE did she wash the only load of clothes she did for me?? OMG

Perfect place to stay!

I stayed at this property for over half a year and everything is as in the description. The location is quiet and save, next to Furman University with its beautiful campus, the home is cozy and clean, the included breakfast is wonderful! In the room there is space for all your stuff, a nice TV and a desk to work on your computer. C is a great hostess, roommate and now friend. Living with her was easy, you can spend an evening in good conversation over dinner or just relaxing in your room, whatever you feel like. I can recomend this place wholeheartedly!

I Couldn't Have Asked for a Better Experience

I could not be more happy with my stay with C. The property was excellent, cute and clean, and just as described in the description. This condo is located in a quiet, relaxing complex with an awesome pool! The included continental breakfast was a great perk that I really appreciated. I told my friends that C is the best roommate I've ever had! She is the best host and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. She was very flexible with getting the preliminary details worked out prior to my stay. She is also great at cooking!! She was the epitome of the perfect host and showed that throughout my entire stay, and by the end I could say I gained a friend for life. If this property has availability at the time you need to be in Greenville/Traveler's Rest, do not hesitate to book with X. I honestly thought it was "too good to be true" after reading the property description for the first time, but I can tell you that my experience at this property exceeded my expectations!!

Cathys place

Cute, super clean, and cozy space with adorable dog!! The location is excellent, 1/4 mile from Swan Lake at Furman and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Easy access to anywhere in Greenville. C is an accommodating hostess and provides a very welcoming atmosphere. And she makes fantastic coffee :)

Stunning Bedroom for Rent

What a hidden treasure!!! I couldn't have asked for better accomodations or for a warmer or more gracious hostess. The yummy continental breakfast was an added treat! This cozy, cheerful bedroom, with private bath, warrants my highest recommendation!

Outstanding

Stayed there and the hostess is a wonderful person that can have a relaxed conversation or give you your privacy. Highly recommend the room and atmosphere. Easy commute to downtown.
