1 year tenant

I have stayed with Tesa for about a year and from day one she was up front and honest with me about expectations for the house. The only reason you would not enjoy your stay here is if you don't like rules and don't want to follow through with keeping the common areas clean. Tesa works hard to make the stay comfortable and that's why I stayed with her for so long, I was originally only supposed to stay for 3 months. This place was a home away from home. Tesa also has a theme for each room which helps make each room have a homey feeling. I'm happy to have met her and stayed with her. She is kind, responsible, and will have your back while you're away from home. Highly recommend.

Tesa Sets the Gold Standard for Hosting

I had the privilege of living in Tesas home for two years, and it was one of the most welcoming and comforting environments Ive experienced. From day one, she created a friendly atmosphere and was always open to meaningful conversations about work, relationships, and fitness. When I was bedridden due to a complication from an epidural, Tesa went above and beyond, bringing me coffee and checking in regularly. Her care was far beyond what you'd expect from a host. She kept the house running smoothly with clear but respectful guidelines. On the rare occasion I forgot something like closing the window or putting away dishes, her reminders were always kind and encouraging. What I loved most was the decor. Uplifting signs about faith and inspiration in every room made coming home feel like a sanctuary. Tesa isnt just a great host, she truly cares about the people she welcomes into her home. I give her my highest recommendation and deepest gratitude.

Amazing

This place was a great place to stay. Very kind land lord. Always communicated and helped me out with anything I needed. Great and safe location. I would stay here over and over again. I will miss the area, this home, and the landlord. I recommend for those who need an amazing clean home and best place to lay your head especially for a medical traveler like myself.

This was such a great find! The house was very clean and well kept. I had full access to the kitchen, laundry room, and office area, making my stay extremely convenient. If you are looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay, I would definitely recommend staying here!

Best place

This place is VERY clean, thoughtfully decorated with full kitchenette, laundry, huge living room and comfortable bed. T is amazing host from the beginning to the end. She always check if I needed something. I Hhghly recommend.
