Tiny House
Staying in the tiny house was a wonderful experience! You can see all the thoughtful touches that they put into this beautiful house. The stain glass windows were a favorite touch, the sun coming though the colorful glass was a welcoming sight each morning. She is very attentive to any and all problems! Such a kind and genuine person! Being right downtown during my assignment was great! Easy to uber downtown and about 5 minutes to MUSC. She really made this Tennessee gal feel right at home! Could not recommend enough!

Perfect Oasis
The tiny house (and its owner) greatly exceeded my expectations! The location is perfect - you can walk on sidewalks to coffee shops + restaurants, and you're right in the heart of downtown, but close to the interstate to go to any part of CHS you wish to visit. Hallie is so attentive + thoughtful, and that is apparent in the way the tiny house is designed as well. You will have all you need! It features a separate, private entrance and is tucked in a gorgeous garden - there is even a private backyard space to enjoy. This space is so gorgeous + special, I can guarantee you will greatly enjoy your time here! I look forward to being back!

A Tiny Home
Simply put, this place is perfect. I stayed here for just under a year, and just after moving in it went from a tiny house to get away into a tiny home that I could truly feel comfortable in! The credit for that comfort goes entirely to the welcoming & friendly landlord, H. She is a kind, warm, welcoming, and understanding person who is open to changing situations & circumstances. The location is perfect as well, only a short walk to the best barbecue spots in Charleston, a quick 5 minute bike ride to the bars on King St, and only a few blocks from the highways in either direction. I put my strongest recommendation behind this unit & this place. Anyone that is looking for a place to put their mind at ease while living downtown in one of the best cities on the east coast should put this spot #1 on their list!

Not Ideal
Property is not ideal. Not clean- bunch of dead flys and bugs throughout the property. You must ask for permission to have a person at the property. Landlord not flexible with payments. Overpriced.
