I stayed in F-10 January 2025-May 2025. It was one of my favorite places to stay, and I've been traveling for 13 years. I was allowed to have my two cats. You also have your own mailbox with key.There is a pathway if you wanted to walk to the hospital. The landlord John is very attentive and responds promptly. He also had a vent put in for the dryer while I was there to facilitate drying clothes. I loved this apartment because it had everything I needed. The kitchen is well stocked with a full size refrigerator and stove, toaster, Keurig, blender, microwave, ect. Internet works great. It's a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Theres alot of sunlight if you desire and the windows open with screens if you want fresh air. The place was easy to clean due to no carpet, only area rugs. Central air and heating. Plenty of closet/storage space. Only thing I could have wished for was a full sized couch and a tv for the bedroom. I would absolutely stay there again! Thank-you John!

Great Place to Stay

This is a fantastic place to stay, especially for those working overnight shifts. The environment is peaceful and quiet, making it easy to rest during the day. The owner is incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring everything is comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable, restful spot.

Great location for Mission Hospital!

Great location for any nurses working at mission hospital. There's a pathway in the backyard to walk to the hospital. It's about 4-5 minute walk. The apartment itself was very outdated, but very clean and had everything I needed. The bed was full size and comfortable. The black out curtains were helpful because I was on night shift. The only downfall is that the walls are thin and the hallway has a really bad smell, probably from the old carpet. The apartment was clean and didn't smell like the hallway. Also, the unit was on the top floor so the thin walls didn't interrupt my sleep. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The owner, J is very kind and welcoming! He was attentive and responded promptly to any messages. If I had to come back I would definitely use this place again.

Apartment is well maintained and in an excellent location. The property owner met us at the apartment and gave us an overview of the apartment and of the area, he was also very accomodating when we needed to make a change to our reservation. This apartment served us well as a transitioning housing otion to Asheville. I would stay again if the need arouse.

Centrally located Perfect for Night Shifters

Walking Distance to Mission, Gym and Biltmore Village. Only a mille to Tourist games. Excellent appliances, well lit and SUN Blocking curtains in Bedroom. Landlord easily communicated and flexible if have an extension. Highly recommend. At times you do hear Helicopters no biggie

Great Location!

Stayed here for a whole year while doing clinical rotations at Mission Hospital. Incredibly convenient and close to the hospital, only having to allot 10mins to walk from the door of the apartment to the main entrance of the hospital. This was so important especially when I had to do overnight shifts and could quickly stop by my apartment to grab somethings. My landlord J was absolutely amazing and made sure I was comfortable in the place. He made sure that I had heat when there was a temperature drop during the winter time and also checked to see if my hot water was running properly. Overall, this was a great 6 month lease option for anybody working in healthcare or anyone who wants to lease for 3-6months

Absolutely perfect!

This condo was perfect for me as a travel nurse! The community sits directly beside Mission hospital - you can walk or drive to the parking garage and will be there in minutes. It is a quiet, safe area and the neighbors are very nice! J was amazing to work with - always very responsive and it was obvious that he truly cared. This was everything I was looking for! Great experience - would highly recommend!!

Perfect Home

This condo is a perfect home away from home. I stayed at this property during my contract at Mission Hospital. Location is perfect, literally a 30 second drive to the employee parking lot from here. You could walk if you really wanted to. Also super close to downtown Asheville. The property owners were also super nice and accommodated to my needs while being there. They made sure to let one know to reach out if anything emerged. Would definitely stay there again, and definitely recommend to any fellow traveler going to work at Mission Hospital.

Perfect Home Away from Home

I worked in Asheville for a film project and this condo was exactly what I needed and wanted. As a solo female traveler who went to work in the dark and returned after dark, I always felt safe here. This is in a lovely community. It has a great central location and if you're working at Mission Hospital, the location can not be beat! This place checked all the boxes for me: safe and quiet, super comfortable bed, plenty of hot water for showers and end of day soaks, full kitchen and laundry. And the icing on the cake is how nice and attentive J and A are! I had a great experience during my stay. Do yourself a favor and scoop this place up if you have the opportunity!
